This personal information processing policy is applied to bluega’s websites (www.bluega.com, www.aspenux.com, home.aspenux.com), and explains what measures we are taking to protect personal information, as well as how to set up your information collection, use, and access.

Personal Information

"Personal Information" means any information that can be used directly or indirectly to identify you, particularly in combination with our information, such as your resident registration number, online identifier information, or one or more of your identifiable information. However, the scope of personal information may vary depending on the applicable law (typically determined by your location). Your personal information may be included among your materials collected and utilized by bluega. However, it is used for service analysis purposes only and does not perform any tracking based on the IP address.

2. Personal information items to be collected

2.1 Gathering Information Through Sites

Collection of personal information

  • We do not collect your personal information.

  • We can analyze general information such as IP address, location according to IP address, browser setting language, browser type, operating system, etc. However, it is used for service analysis purposes only and does not perform any tracking based on the IP address.

  • We do not store your documents on our server.

Disclosure of collected information

We do not provide personal information to third parties.

Information sent to the Aspen Studio Server via the HTTPS protocol

  • Edit operations are completed on your PC. However, if you publish an APN file as an HTML ZIP file, Aspen Studio sends your document to our server via the HTTP protocol. In this case, we process your document and return it to your browser and do not save it on the server.

  • HTTP protocol is commonly used when using the Internet, and security is not guaranteed.

Information stored in your browser

For more convenient use, we store the following information in your browser. Technically, it's done by HTML5's local storage capabilities. In most browsers, HTML5 local storage is deleted when you delete cookies and site information.

  • Aspen Studio temporarily saves the file you are editing to your local browser so that you can work again later without explicitly saving it. We define this as an "Auto Save" function. This feature can cause significant privacy issues. If you are editing using a public PC, please disable this feature. Otherwise, others can view your files.

  • Aspen Studio stores your UI configuration information. This is for your convenience and has nothing to do with your personal information.

Cookies

The company can collect non-personal collection information through 'cookies'. Cookies are tiny text files that the server used to run the company's website sends to the user's browser and are stored on the user's computer hard disk.

2.2 Collection of Other Personal Information

In addition, when you browse the site or download data provided by the site, the web browser automatically sends us the following information:

  • Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google. Google uses collected data to track and monitor our use of services. This data will be shared with other Google services. Google can contextualize and personalize ads on its advertising network using the collected data. You can disable service activities in Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-in. Add-ons prevent Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing information about your visit activity with Google Analytics.
